Every home has a story and the staging services offered by Simple Solutions Design and Organization is a marketing tool to help the home owner and real estate agent tell the home’s story. It helps sell not just the property, but the dream of living in the property. Staging is a marketing tool that helps put the homes best face forward.

Staging Consult-
A specialist will spend approximately two hours with you discussing the two step process we use to stage your home for its debut onto the market. The Consult is designed to help the home owner and agent understand the process of staging the home so that the home owner can better decide which services they would like to complete themselves, and which services they would like Simple Solutions Design and Organization to perform for them. Some home owners prefer to use our recommendations to Prep and Set the home themselves, while other prefer to have us Prep, Set, Re-Arrange, and Enhance the home from start to finish.

Prep – The prep is the foundation for the set. Simple Solutions will help you identify the areas in your home that need to be repaired, refreshed, and cleaned.

Set – Simple Solutions will make recommendation on how to set and display your furnishings and accessories to best showcase your homes attributes and de-emphasis negative areas. Recommendations will be made for possible changes in paint, furnishing and accessories.
Consult Cost $175

Re- Arrange – Simple Solutions will rearrange your entire home or parts of the home to give it the best advantage on the market utilizing the home owner’s furniture, accessories, and art. Cost for this service is estimated at the Staging Consult and is based on the square footage of the areas to be Re-Arranged. If service is contracted, $75 of the consult fee is credited back to the overall cost.
$0.30 per sq. ft.

Enhance- The Enhance is a staging service we provide where we bring in plants, lamps, art and furniture if needed from our inventory to enhance the staging of the property. Items are then rented from Simple Solutions for a nominal fee. Minimum rental is 3 months and is a separate contract.
